For orders containing out-of-stock items, the customer will be contacted immediately via email with a delivery timeline and/or product substitution options.
domestic orders
All TCK Brands online orders delivered to United States addresses will be shipped USPS Priority Mail. Orders totaling less than $50.00 will be charged $4.95 for shipping. Orders exceeding $50.00 will be shipped at no charge to the customer.
international orders
All TCK Brands online orders delivered to international addresses will be shipped USPS First Class International. Orders totaling less than $50.00 will be charged $4.95 for shipping. Orders exceeding $50.00 will be shipped at no charge to the customer.
custom orders
Custom orders can be made with a minimum order of 3 dozen per size, name/logo, and color. These will be shipped and invoiced with a 10% variance over or under the original quantity ordered.
